Benefits
The Pelvic Floor Treatment You Didn't Know You Needed
The pelvic floor is one of the most overlooked muscle groups in the body — and one of the most consequential. Weakness in these muscles contributes to bladder leaks, reduced intimacy, discomfort, and a quiet loss of confidence that many women are told to just accept. Emsella changes that.
In a single 28-minute session, Emsella delivers thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor contractions — the equivalent of thousands of Kegel exercises — without you having to do a single one. The results can be genuinely life-changing.
Emsella can help with:
Stress urinary incontinence — leaks during laughing, coughing, sneezing, or exercise
Urgency incontinence — sudden, strong urges to urinate
Postpartum pelvic floor recovery
Improved sexual satisfaction and intimacy
Core and pelvic stability support
Pelvic discomfort related to hormonal changes and menopause
General pelvic wellness and preventative strengthening

Process Overview
What to Expect During Emsella Treatment
1. Consultation
Your provider reviews your symptoms, health history, and goals to confirm Emsella is the right fit. Most patients are cleared at their first visit.
2. Seated Treatment Session
You sit fully clothed on the Emsella chair. The device delivers high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy to the pelvic floor muscles. You'll feel a tingling and muscle contraction sensation — most patients describe it as unusual but not painful.
3. Full Protocol
The standard protocol is 6 sessions, 2× per week for 3 weeks. Each session is 28 minutes. No preparation or recovery time is needed — you can return to normal activity immediately after.
4. Results & Maintenance
Most patients notice improvement after 3 sessions, with optimal results 2–4 weeks after completing the series. Maintenance sessions are recommended every 6–12 months.
