Our appointments are designed to be thorough without feeling overwhelming. Here's what to expect:
1. Initial Care Establishment
We'll review your health history, current concerns, and goals. Whether it's a routine visit or a new symptom, we take time to understand the full picture.
2. Exam & Assessment
Depending on your visit, this may include a pelvic exam, pap smear, lab work, or hormone panel to get accurate baseline information.
3. Personalized Treatment Plan
Your provider will walk you through your options from medication and birth control to hormone therapy, and explain what to expect from each.
4. Ongoing Monitoring & Follow-Up
We schedule follow-ups based on your plan to make sure your treatment is working. For HRT patients, labs are coordinated with your care.
